All goods sold by egpp.lt are original and of high quality, therefore they are guaranteed by the manufacturer, during which faults are repaired free of charge.
Mechanical damage (fractures, hull damage, natural wear and tear) are not faults. The warranty does not cover damage caused by fire or water, breakage, shock, accident, misuse (incompatible with technical and safety standards), incorrect adjustment or repair.
The warranty period is specified months (depending on the model) from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period, the manufacturer guarantees the reliable operation of the device if the device is used properly.
The device for repair must be delivered in the original packaging (as it ensures safe transportation), clean, with all accessories that were sold together. If the device is delivered unpackaged, the seller is not liable for mechanical damage caused during transportation of the device. Proof of purchase or VAT invoices are required (usually received by customers buying online).
All defects are usually rectified within 60 working days from the date of acceptance of the device for repair.
The appliance will be replaced or refunded if the faults caused during operation during the warranty period cannot be rectified.
