www.GPP.lt the buyer (“Buyer”) shall have the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason, provided that the goods have not been used, damaged or substantially altered in appearance, that is to say, the goods or the packaging of the goods have been subjected to only such alterations to their appearance as are necessary to enable the inspection of the goods received. The buyer must exercise this right responsibly and return the product in its original packaging in good working order, including all parts. The costs of returning the goods must be borne by the Buyer.
In individual cases specified by the Seller, quality Goods may be returned within a longer period of time.
Upon return of the goods, the Buyer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from actions not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and performance of the goods.
Goods can be returned to the Goods Trading Partner’s Head Office.
Upon receipt of the returned goods and after assessing their quality, the Seller shall, within 14 days of the return of the goods, refund to the Buyer the money paid for the goods and the delivery costs. If only part of the Goods are returned, the delivery costs shall be refunded only if the remaining Goods of the same order, when purchased alone, would have been subject to a lower rate than the rate applied when the Goods were purchased together with the returned Goods and only to the extent of the difference between the rates. If a return method other than the one offered by the Seller has been chosen which results in disproportionate or higher costs, the Seller is not obliged to bear the costs of such return.
The product must be returned in its original packaging (including the instructions and warranty card, if supplied with the product). The VAT invoice and the order number must be provided upon return.
The Buyer is responsible for the completeness of the returned goods. If the goods are not complete, the seller will not accept the return.
The right of return does not apply to quality goods purchased online:
8.1. contracts for goods made to the consumer’s specific instructions, which are not pre-manufactured and which are made according to the consumer’s personal choice or instruction, and for goods which are expressly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
8.2. contracts for perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;
8.3. contracts for packaged goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons;
8.4. contracts for goods which, by their nature, are indistinguishable from other goods after delivery;
8.5. contracts for packaged video or sound recordings or packaged software that have been unpacked after delivery;
8.6. contracts for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, other than contracts for the subscription of these publications.
The right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving a reason does not apply to legal persons (entrepreneurs).
Warranty
Product images are for illustrative purposes only, original products may differ from those shown. The photographs cannot be used as a basis for claims. A product is considered to be of good quality if it corresponds to the sample, model or description in the online shop. The Seller shall not be liable for the content of the Goods, such as errors in editing, translation or quality of the books, which shall be the sole responsibility of the publisher/producer of the Goods.

Potentially defective Goods shall first be submitted to the Seller’s after-sales service, and only if the Goods are found to be defective may the Buyer’s request for defective Goods be fulfilled.
Goods are sent to after-sales service centres, which may be located in another EU country. In this case, the warranty process takes between 14 and 70 (fourteen to seventy) calendar days, depending on the nature of the product. We stress that in all cases we aim to complete the warranty process in the shortest possible time.
Devices submitted for after-sales service cannot store the Buyer’s personal data, SIM cards. The Seller shall not be liable for, and shall not bear the cost of, the recovery or restoration of any information contained in devices submitted for warranty service.
The manufacturer’s warranty is only valid if the product is used in accordance with its operating conditions. Before using the Goods, the Buyer must carefully read the operating instructions, if any.
Goods not collected from the after-sales service centre and/or from the Seller and handed over for after-sales service shall be stored for 3 (three) months. This period shall start to run from the first notification to the Buyer, via the contact details (telephone, e-mail, etc.) provided by the Buyer, that the Buyer may collect the goods from the after-sales service centre. If the Buyer fails to collect the Goods within the stipulated period, the Seller shall have the right to discontinue storage of the Goods and the Goods may be disposed of. In such a case, the Seller shall not be liable for the Buyer’s information remaining on the unclaimed goods and any other loss suffered by the Buyer as a result of such destruction.
The seller’s guarantee of quality does not limit or restrict the buyer’s (consumer’s) rights under the law in the event of a defective product or service. Disputes about the quality of the goods, returns and other conditions of sale shall be settled in accordance with the procedures laid down in the Sale and Purchase Regulations and in accordance with national law.

Goods which are defective or incomplete
A buyer wishing to complain about a defective or incomplete product may do so at the returns department of the Kesko Senukai Lithuania store or by e-mail GPP@GPP.lt.
When making a complaint, the buyer must provide the following information:
21.1. The order number of the product;
21.2. Provide/identify the signs of defect, malfunction or missing part of the Goods;
21.3. Provide other evidence (e.g. a photo of the Goods, a photo of the defective area (if it is mechanical damage and can be photographed), a photo of the packaging of the Goods, etc.
When making a complaint, the buyer must specify how he wishes the complaint to be resolved:
22.1. Please replace the returned product with a quality product;
22.2. For incomplete products, please add the missing parts;
22.3. Requesting a discount on the Product, t. y. reduce the price of the Goods accordingly;
22.4. A refund is requested.
After the claim has been investigated, a reply is provided within 14 (fourteen) days. In the event of a refund, the Seller shall refund to the Buyer the price of the Goods and the delivery costs. If only part of the Goods are returned, the delivery costs shall be refunded only if the remaining Goods of the same order, when purchased alone, would have been subject to a lower rate than the rate applied when the Goods were purchased together with the returned Goods and only to the extent of the difference between the rates. The costs of returning the goods must be borne by the Buyer.
Damaged consignment
Check the quality of your home delivery with the courier. If you notice that it has irregularities:
24.1. Tell the courier who delivered the goods;
24.2. on the delivery note, note that the packaging is damaged and fill in a Packaging Damage (Inspection) Certificate with the courier;
24.3. Check the goods inside the packaging and, if damaged, take photos of the damage. The photos will be needed for the return procedure;
24.4. if the packaging is intact, there is no need to check the goods in the presence of the courier. If you accept the parcel and sign the documents, the parcel is deemed to have been delivered in good order.
